Fiori B.V. also trading under the name Max Rental attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data. In this Privacy Policy we provide information about how we handle personal data.

Max Rental complies in all cases with the applicable privacy legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This means that we at least:

• Process your personal data in accordance with the purpose for which it was provided, these goals and type of personal data are described in this Privacy Policy;

Which personal data do we process?

We process the personal data that you have provided to us, for example in the context of the delivery of products and / or services to you or obtained by us because you have used our website, completed a contact form or registered for our newsletter.

We use your personal data for a number of different purposes. These are the following:

1. Execution of an agreement.
   If you conclude an agreement with us, we ask for your contact details. We do this to be able to correspond with you. This data can also be used for invoicing. We also use your data for the execution of the agreement to be concluded with you. For example, if we perform work for you in the field of buying or selling or renting or renting out a home.
2. Maintaining contact with you.
   Your contact details are kept in our customer system and can be used for, among other things, sending newsletters, updates, invitations to events and seminars and sending information that you have requested from us.
3. Improving our product and service information and carrying out targeted marketing campaigns.

We are happy to provide you with relevant information. For this purpose, we analyze the following data:

   Personal data obtained from contact between Max Rental and you, for example via our website.
2. Behavioral data:

3. Analyzing the use of our website.
   

Explanation: The user statistics of the website enable us to get an idea of, among other things, the number of visitors, the duration of the visit and which pages of the website are viewed. Legal basis of the processing
