Through our portal we will try to assist you quickly and sufficiently as possible.

You will be able to consult the following services at all times:

  • View invoices
  • View your rental agreement
  • To put in a request for technical services and follow the process of your application

 

Login for the first time

Are you renting a unit from us and is this your first time?

There will be a login code ready for you with the email address that is known to our database. Fill in your email address in at ‘’Forgot password’’.

You will receive a link with a one-time password.

With this link you will be able to set up your own password and get access to the portal.

We recommend saving your password in your browser to login easily the following times.

Forgot your password

If you forgot your password, again you will be able to go to ‘’forgot password’’ and fill in your email address to receive a new link to set up a new password.


Emergency notification?

Do you have an emergency notification such as:

  • No hot water
  • No heating
  • No electricity
  • Severe leakage?
